With the Database Manager, creating a database backup file is very easy. Just press the Backup button next to the database you want to back up and you will be momentarily taken to the File Manager section from where you can download your freshly created backup file.

The number of PgSQL and/or MySQL DBs that you can set up varies depending on the hosting package that you have ordered.
